A Change Is Gonna Come #3

I listen to a lot of songs. Sometimes, I like it. Sometimes, I don't. Sometimes, I love it so much that I want to listen to it over and over again. And sometimes, I hate it so much that I can think of deleting it on my playlist and regret why I even downloaded it.

Among all of the songs and all of the artists on my playlist, one singer defies them all -- Adam Lambert. He has been a favorite of mine since he joined the Eighth Season of American Idol last 2009. He always surprises the people with his performances, especially me. And that made me like him a lot more. His voice is just amazing.

His interpretation of the song "A Change Is Gonna Come" by Sam Cooke was one of his best performances. The song was written as a protest song to support the Civil Rights Movement during Cooke's time. During that time, the Black Americans were being degraded and this was written to promote equality of the races. As for Lambert's case, for being homosexual, this song suits him well.

In general, this song is for those who are fighting for their rights, when they are being degraded or being mocked by other people because they are gay, or because they are Blacks.

Well, people are still people. God created us equally, so why should the people bother? Right?

Well, nevermind the song, I love the singer who made this interpretation. ♥
